Our Disability and Accommodations policy is as follows:
For American Red Cross courses, we will follow the directions of the Inclusion Resource Guide.

For EMS courses, we require at least 2 weeks notice before the course start date before any accommodations can be granted. After conducting a review, we will respond to your request before the class start time indicating which accommodations were allowed.

Our tests are not timed; however, they must be completed in a certain time frame. We will not grant accommodations which go against the required skills listed in the BLS and ALS Position Descriptions located on the Pennsylvania Department of Health website.

In general, we will also not grant any accommodations which require course modification that will cause the course to differ from the approved version, as well as those which would place an undue financial burden on I4 Consulting LLC, its partners, employees, contractors, and other parties
